Caspeco acquires Trivec to form one of Europe’s largest Restaurant Tech Platforms

Combined company will serve 6,500 restaurants across the Nordics, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands, accelerating the path toward establishing a Restaurant Management System for Europe. In connection with the acquisition, Mattias Laurentz Johansson will assume the role of CEO to lead the merge and drive continued expansion.

Uppsala 3rd of June, 2025— Caspeco, a leading provider of restaurant management technology in the Nordics, join forces with Trivec, a point-of-sale provider with a strong presence in Sweden, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands.

The deal represents a significant step forward in Caspeco’s strategic vision to deliver Europe’s most comprehensive and customer-centric Restaurant Management System (RMS). Today, Caspeco supports Nordic restaurants in streamlining operations, boosting profitability, and managing their businesses through a unified platform.

The acquisition adds over 4,000 restaurants to Caspeco’s customer base, expands its geographical reach to include France, Belgium, and the Netherlands, and strengthens its operational footprint in existing Nordic markets.

The organizations will be gradually integrated, with no immediate changes to existing customer relationships or support.

The group will operate under the Caspeco brand. Customers of Trivec will benefit from continued local service and support with access to a broader suite of RMS tools including staffing, analytics, online booking, and ordering—all in a unified SaaS platform.

The transaction is expected to close early June.
