Five meters above the ground, Restaurant Treehouse rises in symbiosis with the rustic trees. The location, Hovdala outside Hässleholm, offers a magnificent view over Lake Finjasjön. It is Lars Toresson who owns and runs The Treehouse – he himself has been in the hotel and restaurant business his whole life. Trivec’s pos solution makes the flow smooth.

Trivec’s pos system for high service
The Treehouse is a personal and gastronomic experience with a French touch. Guests can book tasting menus that vary with the seasons. The kitchen is located on the ground, a food elevator takes the dishes five meters up to the restaurant, and it is Lars who personally serves the guests. Trivec’s os has few clicks, is easy to navigate, and is simple to understand.
“Trivec’s pos is easy to work with. As soon as the guests arrive, I activate the table and then bring out the dishes one by one when it’s time; the kitchen on the ground receives the orders,” he says.
For Lars, it has to be personal, and it is important for him to be present among the guests. Trivec’s pos facilitates operations and gives him time for the guests.

On the ground below the restaurant, Lars has opened The Ground, a place for those who want to eat well-prepared food from the menu. Thanks to Trivec Buddy and QR codes, guests order and pay themselves after choosing their seating group in the magnificent hiking area.
“QR codes allow guests to sit down, order by themselves, and enjoy the landscape. We want to make it easy to eat well in nature. We signal when it’s ready, chat for a while with the guests, an experience that is personal and smooth,” he says.
Finally, Lars expresses his satisfaction with Trivec.
“I am fantastically satisfied with Trivec, we use two systems, and the QR solution works very well,” says Lars.
